These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RAEStudio Connect, a WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by Sentra Innovations Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
By registering for or using RAEStudio Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
RAEStudio Connect provides a WhatsApp Business API integration platform that allows businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage contacts, run automated bot responses, and send bulk messaging campaigns through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) approved by Meta to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your messaging activities comply with applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies, including obtaining proper opt-in consent from your contacts before sending marketing messages.
You may not use RAEStudio Connect to:
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and contact information. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.
WhatsApp Business API conversation charges are billed directly by Meta to your registered payment method. Platform subscription fees, if applicable, are charged separately as per your agreed plan.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp's policies without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentra Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or WhatsApp Business API services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
